Saturday Novemeber 13th.
 
Pat and I over slept until 11 this morning. I have so much to do today. Our friend is having her bday party at our house at 7. I still have my 2 hour work out, have to go to a friends house and go to the mall! Omg.. but I can do it. Jody says it looks like I'm losing weight already. Just on workouts alone I've burned almost 3000 calories! That's 1 lb. I think I'll go to Kaiser and WI on Wednesday instead of waiting 2 weeks like I originally said. Oh.. I forgot to say, I do weight watchers all by myself. I don't pay weight watchers anything. I would if I could, but being unemployed, I just can't. So Kaiser has scales and Blood Pressure machines to use for free. My blood pressure is fine, but hopefully it'll show a weight loss! I would be so happy just to lose 1 lb, I've busted my butt all week and plan on doing it all next week too (mini goals). I tell myself to go to ww.com every day and post, it helps. I'm going to come on here and update my webstite as well. Sometimes I'll just put what I ate and exercised and others I'll write how i'm feeling and what i'm doing too!
My whole body is getting achy from working out. Thank goodness tomorrow is the niners game, a day off. I'll try and get my 8 minute tae bo in anyway. It burns 288 calories off my fat but. Well I've only eaten a 1 pt piece of bread and 1 point of jam. Now I'm off to exercise. Be back later to update.
